§ 1 DEFINITIONS

Account – a digital service provided free of charge, allowing the use of additional functionalities of the Store.

Privileged User – A Consumer or a natural person for whom the account is not of a professional nature.

§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. To use the Account, the User needs: a device with Internet access, an active email account, and a web browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled.

2. The User is prohibited from providing illegal content or attempting to interfere with the Store's IT system.

§ 4 ACCOUNT RULES

1. Account creation occurs by filling out the registration form and is voluntary.
2. The account maintenance contract is concluded for an indefinite period upon confirmation of registration.
3. Account Features: view order history, track shipment statuses, edit address data, and access specialized medical offers.
4. Termination: The User may delete the account at any time via the customer panel or by sending a request to [email protected].

§ 5 COMPLAINTS

1. Complaints regarding the account's operation should be submitted via email to: [email protected].
2. The deadline for considering a complaint is 14 days from the date of receipt.

§ 6 PERSONAL DATA

1. The administrator of your personal data is AdMed Medical Partner s.c. based in Kalisz.

2. Data is processed for the purpose of providing the Account service, fulfilling orders, and (subject to separate consent) marketing.

3. Every User has the right to access, rectify, delete (the "right to be forgotten"), or limit the processing of their data. Detailed information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

§ 7 AMENDMENTS

The Service Provider reserves the right to change the regulations for important reasons (change in law, safety improvements, introduction of new features). Notification of changes will be sent via email 7 days in advance.
